I recently joined a pole dance studio. I have no dance experience at all... So far I’ve gone three classes and I want to keep going. But I find it so difficult to do the exercises and basic pole moves because I’m not very bendy or strong and I am not good at choreography.
Do you have any tips of exercises I should be doing? In addition to pole classes, I’m also taking flexibility classes, and pole fitness classes. Anything else I should be doing specifically? I wanna be good at this and I understand it takes time but I want to be doing all I can
